Ultrasonic welding is the procedure of the future for wire and terminal applications.
Amongst other things, the procedure is used for joining a number of wires together, as well as for joining wires to mass or high power connectors. Owing to the stability of this procedure, we can pressure weld cross sections of 0.34mm² to 35mm²!
My name is Josef Wegscheider. I am 21 years old and live on the sunny plateau around Millstätter Lake. I started as a holiday intern in 2007. From then on, every summer I had the pleasure of assisting at the KATRONIK company. In 2010 I completed my diploma at the commercial college in Spittal/Drau. Since November 2011 (after completing military service) I have been a permanent member of the KATRONIK team, responsible for order processing and compiling offers.
In my leisure time, I pursue a number of sports activities such as climbing, ski touring, mountaineering and fishing. Apart from these hobbies, I am also a drummer in three bands. So my weekly programme is always very full.
I look forward to a continued good cooperation within our established team.
The AT testing machine was made for testing transformers and other components within a production or goods reception area, quickly, precisely and reliably.
I would like to introduce myself briefly as a new employee at KATRONIK:
My name is Hannes Grasser. I am 43 years old, married and have a 13-year-old son and an 11-year-old daughter. I live in Seeboden by Millstätter Lake, Carinthia. In my free time I enjoy sports activities such as skiing, sailing and riding, as well as travelling, both for my job and privately.
After my commercial information technology studies in Vienna, I worked for three years in corporate marketing for a leading European manufacturer of insulation systems. After that I worked in a variety of departments in a medium-sized mechanical engineering company with about 100 employees, mainly organisational development, quality management, IT, sales and control management.
Last year the time came to make a change and I switched to an area that I have always been interested in. Now I am looking forward to the cooperation with the new team.
Universal cleaning system for mounted circuit boards and other components.
This cleaning system for electronic components and precision-engineered components can be used universally. The system is for small and medium batches, as well as for large series, with an automatic conveyer, and its cleaning meets IPC standards.
With the new CS14 series, ACP has brought to the market a carbon trimmer with full 360° rotation, so not stops at the beginning of end. This new model offers a convenient alternative for a range of applications.
"It all began" says the proprietor Hubert Steindl "as a so-called two-man business, with the manufacturing of client-specific winding materials, and now exactly 30 years later we have established ourselves as a provider of complete solutions in the field of electronics.
Our innovations and constant development have made us a competent producer and supplier in a number of sectors, with a special focus on circuit board mounting and product sourcing, assembly, development, services, wire and cable packaging and logistics. Our extensive client portfolio includes renowned companies from the fields of transport, entertainment, medical, automotive, mechanical engineering, marine navigation and communications technology.
What distinguishes us from the masses are primarily our specialised product range, our comprehensive client-specific programme, our acquired expertise, the many years of experience of our highly qualified and trained employees, and our latest certified quality standards according to the ISO 9001:2008 norm."
